Does consulting include daily warehouse operations?
Consulting focuses on assessment and improvement design. If you need SCO to organize daily work at your warehouse, agree a separate Managed Warehouse Operations scope.
Do we have to purchase a WMS?
No. Recommendations depend on the needs and current operation. WMS selection or implementation is included only when appropriate and agreed in scope.
Can SCO guarantee savings before the assessment?
Targets, measurement baselines and acceptance criteria need to be confirmed using data and assessment. Pricing and timelines are proposed for the specific scope.
